Temporary change and suspension of some hotel operations in response to the spread of the new coronavirus

Thank you very much for your patronage of the Sapporo Grand hotel.
In light of the recent new coronavirus outbreak, as well as taking the government's views into consideration, we have decided to temporarily change our restaurant's business hours, and suspend operations for some as stated below, intending to prevent the disease's spread.
Please check our homepage for the latest updates, including the resumption of operations.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask for your kind understanding.

■ Northern Terrace Diner (East Building 1F)
・Breakfast Buffet
Breakfast buffet will be temporarily closed starting March 4, 2020 (Wed).
※ Western set meal (American Breakfast) will be available during the said period.
・Beginning April 16th (Thursday), 2020, until further notice:
The breakfast menu at Garden Dining Waraku, "Japanese Breakfast/Okayu (Rice Gruel) Breakfast/Vegetable Breakfast" will be available.
・Lunch
Lunch buffet will be temporarily closed starting March 3, 2020 (Tue).
※ A la carte and set menus will be available during the said period.
・Dinner
Dinner buffet (weekend/holiday-exclusive) will be temporarily closed starting February 29 (Sat).
※ A la carte and course menus will be available during the said period.
■ Chinese Dining Kokaku (East Building 2F)

Schedule changed to 17:00-20:00 (last order) starting March 1, 2020 (Sun).
■ Garden Dining Waraku (Main Building 4F)
・Breakfast Open as usual until April 15(Wed), 2020
• Beginning April 16th (Thursday), 2020, until further notice, the venue will be changed to the Northern Terrace Diner (East Building 1F).
The menu, featuring "Japanese Breakfast/Okayu (Rice Gruel) Breakfast/Vegetable Breakfast", will remain unchanged.

We will be closed from April 13 (Monday) until further notice.
*On April 29, 2020 (Wednesday, holiday), the restaurant will be open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (last order).
※ Sukiyaki and shabu-shabu will also be unavailable.

・Temporarily closed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting March 7, 2020 (Sat).

Temporarily closed starting April 16, 2020 (Thu).
※ Customers with their own bottles kept for them may proceed to the Lounge & Bar Old Saloon 1934.
■ Lobby Lounge Mizar (Main Building 1F)
Schedule changed to 10:00-18:00 (last order) starting April 16, 2020 (Thu).
※Cafe Sets will be served via reservation system.
■ The Bakery & Pastry (East Building 1F)
Schedule changed to 10:00-19:00 starting April 16, 2020 (Thu).
